Bread machine bread

Ingredients for a 800g-1kg bread:

• 1 cup of water

• 1/3 cup of milk

• 2.5 or 3 tablespoons of melted butter

then, on top of that liquid mix:

• 3.5 cups of flour/baking flour

• 2 tablespoons of sugar

• 1.5 teaspoons of salt

and on top of all of this:

• 1.5 teaspoons of yeast

Prefer a dark crust baking.
